Haircut time goal: 30 seconds faster than the salon's average for the same period last year, never below the 14.5-minute ideal; salons already at or under 14.5 have a goal of 14.5. Customer count and its goal are averages per week for the month or quarter shown; the goal is the average of the salon's weekly projected customer counts from the SalonData schedules. CPH and payroll goals are each salon's goal for the season (May–Oct through October, Nov–Apr from November); CPH is rounded to the nearest tenth. Sales growth is total sales vs the same period last year (October figures from the SalonData Salon Summary – Salon Month growth summary). Every tab scores 11 metrics. Fiscal months can cover a different number of weeks each year (shown under the year badges).
